EPER Group is the result of the strategic integration of leading companies in their fields of activity, able to meet the most demanding requirements in both design and manufacturing.
The complementary capabilities of our production centres enable us to design, manufacture and certify custom solutions for technically demanding sectors such as wind energy (onshore and offshore), naval, railway, aeronautical and industrial.
Our History
Six Decades of Experience
With over 60 years of experience, our company has evolved to offer a wide portfolio of specialised services in metal fabrication.
1958
TMG (Talleres Mecánicos Galicia) begins operations in Narón.
1982
Codesal is founded in Ferrol, specialising in the naval sector.
1991
Chapanor begins operating in Vitoria-Gasteiz.
2007
EPER begins its specialised activity in the wind sector.
2019
We diversify our services to cover more sectors.
2023
Stellum Capital and Amixalan strengthen EPER's expansion.
2024
TMG (Talleres Mecánicos Galicia) joins EPER Group.
2025
EPER Group acquires Codesal and Chapanor.
