We closely monitor all internal processes to guarantee traceability and full control of requirements throughout the entire production process.

Zero Defects, Minimal Impact on the Customer
We apply zero-defect policies to guarantee 100% reliable results. We are committed to delivering the expected result to the customer within the agreed deadlines, without disrupting their planning. We have qualified personnel and our own equipment for non-destructive testing, tensile testing and dimensional control using 3D laser metrology.

Inspectors
We have a in-house inspection team qualified in accordance with ISO 9712:2012 to carry out continuous partial checks during manufacturing.
Qualified Welders
We have a workforce of more than 80 certified welders and more than 20 in-house WPS tested for welding carbon steel, high-yield-strength steels, wear-resistant steels, stainless steel and aluminium.
