Engineering, production and quality control
Design and Manufacture of Parts, Components and Structures
We combine engineering, manufacturing and quality control to develop solutions tailored to highly demanding sectors such as wind, naval, railway, industrial and aeronautical. We manufacture everything from large-format structures and welded assemblies to precision components, tooling and one-off parts or medium series. All of this is supported by integrated processes covering product development, fabrication and cutting, forming, welding, machining, surface treatments, assembly and testing, which allows us to take on turnkey projects with a high degree of technical control and traceability.
Offshore and onshore projects
Wind Sector
We design and manufacture components and equipment for onshore and offshore wind energy projects. We develop everything from secondary structures such as boat landings, platforms, J-tubes, bellmouths, brackets and nodes to turnkey logistics solutions for the transport and lifting of these large components.

Naval Sector
Our specialisation in the naval sector allows us to develop custom solutions for civilian and defence vessels. We design and manufacture watertight closures, such as doors, hatches, access covers and auxiliary equipment.
Our portfolio includes manual, hydraulic and electromechanical solutions, as well as deck equipment. Our service covers installation, adjustment, commissioning, maintenance and repair of equipment directly on board or at the shipyard.

Components and subassemblies for trains and infrastructure
Railway Sector
We manufacture metal components for trains, trams, metros and other passenger transport vehicles. We have developed battery boxes, electrical cabinets and boxes, racks, chassis, cab modules, rolling stock structures, energy-absorption elements and metal accessories.
We manufacture components to the client's drawings and integrate structural components, equipment and interior fittings. We also have boilermaking expertise backed by EN15085-2 Cl1 certification.

Industrial Sector
We develop solutions for machinery manufacturers, heavy industry and technology projects with a range that includes welded structures, bedplates and frames, fairings, tanks and machined components.
We work with high yield strength steels and wear-resistant materials for applications subject to heavy loads, and we develop specific solutions such as shelters for data centres and artificial intelligence infrastructure. We are able to carry out load tests and non-destructive testing at the client's request.

Aeronautical and Aerospace Sector
We design and manufacture tooling for the aeronautical sector. We are able to develop lightweight structures in high yield strength steels, trolleys and handling frames, as well as subassemblies in aluminium, stainless steel and carbon steel.
