With more than 40 years of experience and integrated into EPER Group in 2025, EPER Group Fene (formerly Codesal) brings the group a high level of specialisation in the naval sector, covering both civilian and defence applications. Its activity covers the design, manufacture, assembly, installation and repair of watertight closures (structural doors, special doors, hatches and access covers).

Watertight Closures and Made-to-Measure Naval Equipment
The plant integrates cutting and bending equipment (with a maximum capacity of 240 t and 4 m), CNC machining, MIG/MAG and TIG welding, assembly, and watertightness and pressure testing. The structural closures comply with the SOLAS regulations on fire insulation (grades A0, A30 and A60) and are designed to military specifications (MIL, PECAL and NATO standards), having passed shock and projectile impact tests, hydrostatic resistance tests and ballistic protection, together with the development of low-signature anti-radar geometries and the supply of NATO logistics codification.
