Our capacity is based on a machinery fleet that integrates a range of processes, such as laser cutting, oxy-fuel cutting, plasma cutting, punching, CNC bending, manual and robotic welding, submerged arc welding, CNC machining, shot blasting, industrial painting and metallising. In addition, we have our own inspection equipment, non-destructive testing, metrology and facilities for surface treatments and load tests.

What We Offer
We combine our engineering, manufacturing, inspection and maintenance capabilities to develop complete industrial parts, assemblies and structures, from concept to delivery to the customer.
Industrial boilermaking
Manufacture of welded structures and assemblies, from fine and precision boilermaking to large structures and heavy-tonnage components.
Welding
Manual, robotic and specialised processes for high-requirement joints in carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium and special steels.
Sheet metal cutting and forming
Laser, plasma and oxy-fuel cutting, punching, CNC bending and rolling to manufacture parts of different geometries, formats, thicknesses and materials.
Machining
Turning, milling, boring and precision CNC machining, for both subassemblies and welded parts.
Treatments and coatings
Surface preparation, shot blasting, industrial painting, metallising and anti-corrosion or passive fire protection systems.
Laboratory and testing
Load testing, dimensional control and non-destructive testing to verify the geometry, strength and integrity of parts and structures.
Maintenance and refurbishment
Repair, refurbishment, retrofit and recertification of all types of metal structures. We can carry out this work both in our workshops and directly at the customer’s premises.
