In-House Test Bench

Process control and the quality of the finished product are two of EPER Group’s pillars. That is why all our lifting equipment undergoes load testing on our in-house test bench. We have a facility with a load capacity of up to 400 t in tension or compression.

After the physical load test, our qualified inspectors (ISO 9712) carry out non-destructive testing again on the critical welds to certify that the stress has not caused microcracks or defects.

SGS certification seals: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 3834-2
