Manufacturing Specialists for Rolling Stock
The railway sector is a significant and growing part of our activity at EPER Group, with more than 30 years of experience. Our experience in light and precision boilermaking allows us to take on high-speed, metro, tram, commuter rail and freight projects. We work to drawings for leading railway manufacturers, able to meet the technical and quality requirements specific to rolling stock. We hold the highest certification level, CL1, under the EN 15085 standard.

- We develop projects to the manufacturer's drawings and specifications in an integrated production process.
- We combine laser cutting of sheet and 3D tube, punching, CNC bending, machining on CNC machining centres and lathes, and final assembly to shorten lead times.

- We hold the highest-level certifications and approvals for railway manufacturing.
- EN15085-2 CL1 certification for over 20 years.
- ISO 3834-2 for quality in fusion welding of metallic materials.
- More than 80 welders qualified to ISO 9606-1.
- FROSIO Level 3 surface treatment inspector.
