Experience in Aeronautical and Aerospace Projects
Our range covers tooling, as well as handling solutions and structures for assembly lines. We have developed projects for leading names in the sector, such as Airbus, Aernnova, Aritex, Bea France and Potez, as well as for the European Ariane space programme.
Versatility
Lightness, Strength and Multi-Material Capability
- We develop lightweight structures without compromising the required rigidity and load capacity.
- We work with high yield strength steels such as S690 and Strenx 700, which allow us to reduce structural weight while maintaining high mechanical performance.
- We manufacture components in aluminium, stainless steel and carbon steel, using 2D laser cutting and 3D tube laser cutting, bending and welding processes.
Certifications and approvals
Quality Control
- Aeronautical fabrications and components made from special materials undergo non-destructive testing and load tests to verify their quality and integrity.
- We apply techniques such as ultrasonic testing, liquid penetrant testing and magnetic particle testing under acceptance criteria such as ISO 5817 Level B and ISO 17640.
- We carry out load tests of up to 400 tonnes on our own test bench.
