EPER Group has accumulated more than six decades of experience in the naval sector, particularly in defence. The companies in our group have supplied closures and components for frigates, submarines and other vessels for the Spanish and international markets.

- Depending on the requirements of each project, we can design each solution to meet requirements for hydrostatic watertightness, fire resistance, shock and impact, radar signature reduction and structural lightweighting.
- We comply with third-party certifications and qualifications such as Lloyd’s Register, Bureau Veritas, SOLAS A0, A30 and A60 and with specific requirements such as MED, CE marking and shock tests.
- The service can include 3D CAD models, detailed documentation, integration into the digital twin, NATO codification and spare parts manuals.
Integrated manufacturing process
Quality Control
Our specialised plants combine cutting, bending, machining, welding and assembly. We have our own testing facilities for watertightness, pressure and dimensional control, to maintain technical control of the product throughout the process.
We machine elements such as hinges, bolts, closing handwheels, rings, pinions and ventilation terminals in materials such as bronze, brass, aluminium and stainless steel. By manufacturing these components in-house, we can better control the fits, the compatibility between parts and the reliability of the finished assembly.
